I first came to Jacksonville in the late 60s as a college intern, fell in love with the city, and never left! Through the years, I have served as a violinist with the Jacksonville Symphony, an orchestra director in the Duval County schools, and finally as a REALTOR with RE/MAX Specialists.
Jacksonville is a beautiful city with the St. Johns River flowing north through town and the Atlantic Ocean less than 30 minutes away. But what surprises most newcomers is how much we have to see and do.
Jacksonville offers fine museums, an excellent symphony, Broadway shows, a wonderful Zoo, a planetarium, great restaurants, and a festival almost every weekend. Parklands and recreation areas abound. The First Coast is home to three national monuments, and our historic sites go back almost as far as the discovery of the new world.
As a Realtor since 1980, I have assisted hundreds of families moving to, from and within Jacksonville, and have come to know our neighborhoods well. I am including neighborhood tours and a link to my website www.JacksonvilleHomeGuide.com where you can browse homes for sale.
Whether you are new to Jacksonville or a life-long resident, I hope you will enjoy the website as we explore interesting and unique things to do.
